Coeliac disease affects 1 in 100 people in Ireland (Coeliac Society of Ireland). Then there are those who are wheat intolerant. At breakfast, we bake our own gluten free scones and pancakes and stock Jane Russell gluten free sausages and Goodness Grains bread. Most of our lunch and dinner menu can be adapted for coeliacs as we avoid using flour in all our soups and sauces. We have a separate fryer for skinny chips! We always have several gluten free desserts on the menu.

Please be aware that this food is prepared in the same environment as products containing gluten and we therefore cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. While whole spices are naturally gluten free, some producers of spices that we use are unwilling to guarantee that their products are gluten-free as they are produced in factories that also produce gluten containing products.
